I ordered something on 11/29. On 12/2, I got a notice that it shupped, and they gave me a tracking number with an estimated date of 12/6. It didn't arrive and the shipping never updated with the tracking number. I called and they said to give it 10 business days and to call *** because it was their fault. 12/11 is 10 business. I contacted them again asking how it was going to be here on 12/11 when it hasn't shipped. Now that are telling me that 10 business days is 12/15 because my order didn't complete until 12/2. I went to the store because there were 2 free items coming to me for it being my birthday month. I told the cashier I had a coupon on my phone for these items. She said she didn't need it as it is in their system. Of course I didn't notice until after I got home and emptied my bag that my free items were not there. I ordered. Said it would be received on 12/7. Has been sitting at facility since 12/4, still not received. They claim no responsibility saying it was shipped. Won’t refund. Said I can return items to store. Can’t return if not received. They need to take responsibility instead of passing the blame.

I placed an order on Nov 27 2020. I received my order, but it was missing a product. The product was buy 2 get 1 free and free shipping. So my email says sorry we cancelled your item, your not charged and we waived shipping. it was my free item so why aren't you substituting it and my shipping was already free. I wouldn't have purchased two if I was going to get my third item. I voucher for a free item (the one they canceled) would have been nice. I called customer service and she was like sorry your loss. If I had the option to leave 0 stars, this is the option I would pick! I placed an order on November 28 and still the only thing I can see when I want to track the package is "Awaiting Carrier Pick Up". It has been 8 days!! I called several times and no one can tell me where my package is or what is going on! Not only that, yesterday, I tracked the package again and it said it was in GA. So I was happy. I checked again in the evening and again it read: "Awaiting Carrier Pick Up" Is this some kind of joke??? Completely unacce... read more

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. I mainly buy the same products when I run out. Recently I have been unable to check out online. I contacted customer service and the CFO escalation email address. I was told I’m no longer allowed to make online purchases. They said my purchases are using multiple names and not for my personal use. I’ve made two online purchases in the last twelve months. Facial products for myself and hair products for myself. I placed an online order on November 6, within ten minutes of placing order I realized that the order was being delivered to the incorrect address. I called customer service to correct the shipping address or cancel the order. They told me that they did not have the capability to do either. They told me that the merchandise would be returned to them as undeliverable and that they would credit my account at that time. If I could leave zero stars I would! My experience was terrible and the customer service was extremely horrible and unprofessional. I initially bought over $100 worth of items online. They shipped and I received them it was fine. I opened my contour stick and realized that the color was a bit too dark for my complexion (I didn’t use it but just from the look of it I could tell) (it was the $40 Uoma contour stick). Can we give a less than one star rating??? This was the worst experience! Never again. I ordered a T3 curly iron on 10/21/2020 to be shipped to my home in Alaska. As many do in Alaska, I entered the delivery address to be my PO Box. There wasn't any flag about that this couldn't be done. On 10/22/2020, I received an email saying that my order had shipped -- UPS. Anyone in Alaska knows you can't use a PO Box with UPS. Delivery date indicated that I would receive it by 11/10/2020.
