Ulta has a serious problem with the company they are using for package deliveries. I have placed three orders. NONE were delivered, but they show as 'delivered'. have a problem with the company you are using to deliver packages/order. Customer service re shipped order. I placed an order from Ulta on November 03,2020. Which I needed by November 20 since it was a gift for my teenage daughter. I contacted them on the date I was suppose to receive which was the November 10,2020 which I did not. I have contacted them multiple times since it is an order that cost me $235.98. My daughter had an appt for a full highlight at the Ocala, Fl location. When we arrived the girl Raven started the highlight and got halfway done and stopped and went and worked on someone else for 45 minutes. Then she came back and put the other half of the highlights in and washed out the bottom half which was now yellow instead of blonde. I've seen so many reviews about this that I am disappointed that I didn't know sooner about Ulta's customer service. I made an order and reached out the same day, within 1 hour, to see if I could modify my order as the delivery date was going to be much later than I expected. I purchased $80 worth of items and forgot to add the free gift so I emailed them to ask if I could add it, to which they said they couldn't. I asked to cancel the order so I could repurchase my order this time with the free gift, and they said the warehouse wouldn't edit or change orders even though I had just placed it. Customer support is a joke, they just copy and paste from a script and you get no actual help.

R***** established they would not give me the price for a wash, blow dry and flat iron after calling 4x. This also happen with me in 2018 at a different location. This time the store said I was banned for being rude. And before they banned me they actually gave me the price $65 and said it was for my coarse texture. I don't normally do something like this but be aware if you plan on ordering online and its an expensive item DON"T. If the delivery company claims the items was delivered to you but in fact they didn't you will loos out on money because they refuse to issue you a refund or replace the item. I just lost $600.00 because they refuse to replace my item or refund me. I provided them proof that the delivery was never made to my residences and still they refuse to do anything about it.

Recently placed an order to have it be curbside pick up. After submitting my order, i got a confirmation email stating my order was being shipped out.
