I'm beyond upset. I've called Ulta five times now regarding my order. When I track it, it says delivered to a city that I do not live in. When I check and call I have the correct address on file. Clearly, this was a mistake on their part or on UPS's. However, I am getting the run around with Ulta as far as having this reshipped to me despite the fault not being mine. So an order that I placed over 15 days ago I have yet to receive and don't see receiving it any time in the future. This company is crap in my book.

placed an order for nearly 100.00 first of Dec. On Dec. 6 I see a notification that my package was awaiting pickup. It is Dec 16. I still have not received my order, which subsequently was split in to two different packages by Ulta for some reason. ULTA was quick to process my payment but has literally been unavailable to me reaching out to question where my order is. I made two separate orders from Ulta on 11/ 28. On 12/3, I received an email saying that they were delivered and whenever I got back from work, my packages were not there. I checked the tracking with Laser Ship to see if there was any indication on where they left it; it stated that it was left “by the front door.” I live in a gated community and there is a keypad you must use to get inside. So, I’m a Canadian and accumulated $250 in ulta points that I was planning to spend in 2020. Because of the border shut down, I can’t go and spend them. I can’t purchase online because you have to have an American credit card to pay for the tax. They are going to expire in January 2021. I have begged ulta for a compassionate extension due to the border situation, but no go. They just re-explain their policy which means I will lose my points. Placed my order 12/7/20 & it still is saying "Waiting on Carrier Pickup". This is a Christmas present and I thought I ordered in enough time to get it here BEFORE Christmas! I have ordered from Sephora and other places and got them within 3-5 days like normal. When I tried to chat online I just get some automated bs that makes NO SENSE in what I am asking! I placed a very large order on November 30, 2020. On December 8, one package out of three different tracking numbers was delivered. In this package, two items were supposed to be included. Item #2568090 and item # 2563168, per the invoice. Unfortunately, in the small box I received, only the Kylie Skin care set was in the box and not the larger dyson air dryer limited edition. I placed an online order on 11/30/20. My order contained Christmas gifts for my daughters. As of 12/14/20, my order has not yet been shipped. I contacted customer service on Saturday 12/12/20 regarding my concerns related to my order shipment. I was told if I did not receive my order by Monday (today), to contact customer service. I placed an order on 11/24 with Ulta and I emailed on 12/9 since my order has not arrived. When I originally asked about my order, I was given a generic answer telling me that after 10 business days they would look into the missing order. If the customer service person resonding would have looked at my question and order before just sending out the boxed response, she would have seen that as we were talking the order was already 12 business days late. This company is STEALING money from paying customers and acting in an unethical manner. I purchased a Black Friday products and never received them in the mail. I have contacted the customer service department and asked to be escalated to a manager. Can the Ulta employees READ because in my emails, I am asking to be escalated to a manager and that has not happened.
