Went into Ulta in Fort Collins, Colorado with my daughter to purchase a $7.00 item. During checkout, they wanted her full name, date of birth, address and phone number. When I told them no thanks, they said without all that info, they can not provide a return if my daughter doesn't like it. My daughter is a Minor and I am pretty sure it's illegal for them to ask for all that from a minor. Ulta refuses to stop sending unwanted catalogues to my address. We have no business relationship with this company and the addressee does not live here. The company representative that I spoke with, as well as their manager, indicated that I cannot remove my address from their mailing list. They want me to contact the individual to have them request that my address be removed from their mailing list. -- You can't make this stuff up...

We ordered from Ulta Beauty a free bottle of Solessa eye cream and Solessa anti-aging serum. All we were required to do was pay for shipping and handling. However, after 14 days we were charged $92.95 and $94.95. We called customer service and were told that after 14 days we are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. They said that they could cancel the subscription but couldn't refund our money. This is clear deception.

ordered placed an order on 1/15/21 for the Dyson Air Wrap and 2 serums from The Ordinary. When I got my delivery it was in a small bubble wrap packaging and the Dyson was not in it. I called customer service and was told that they would escalate the issue and I would hear back in 48 hours but I called them tonight after not hearing anything and was told that I have to wait another 48 hours to hear from a supervisor. I used to love ULTA and have shopped there for many years, in store and online. I ordered a package and it was due to deliver 3 days later, WOW, so cool. Except the company Ulta used for delivery left it outside my apartment complex in a high traffic area instead of leaving a notice for re-delivery on my door. Do not shop online or through the app! I placed an order and the shipping address was populated wrong. I immediately reported the wrong shipping address to customer service. The reply I got from customer services was that they sent the order to the warehouse and can’t change the shipping address. I have received multiple damaged items so I was going to return the items. Well, someone is getting handsy at the Distribution Center.
