if you dont mind doing the whitaker clinics job for them. Nurses and Drs dont return calls. have a procedure scheduled but strongly considering canceling. zero communication skills. highly disappointed in the urology dept. I thought dch in Tuscaloosa was bad but I believe this bunch wins that prize.

Tooson /McCaa family is happy with the care and concern on yesterday 🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏 the whole staff was awesome

Er was terrible .I stayed from 11:00am . til 4:00 am . Almost 24 hours. The Er facility was filthy in places ,where I was sitting were nats.It was entirely to cold there both temperature and hospitality. I had to be pricked so many times to get a vein.I waited all those hours to be seen in a crash room where 2 other sick patients are in the room that I do not know. The doctor ask me all my business in front of them .They could see and hear me telling him everything. HIPAA where?

I had an appointment to which I arrived about 5 mins early to. We waited for a total of 70 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and had not even been called back. Dr Cogen is a great doctor and I really wish we could have seen him as scheduled. The staff is nice but in my opinion the wait time is ridiculous considering the same tardiness on my end would result in a bill that if left unpaid would tarnish my credit. I emailed an invoice for my parking fees and time.
