the doctors do their jobs but when they tell you your going home if you don't have a surgery they'll send the nurse to tell you that you have to stay another night. I have family that has to drive 3 hrs to pick me up with a small child and the doctors lied to me about going home today. but if they lie one more time I'm discharging myself and y'all can go to hell. RecommendedThey have some excellent people, and then ones you have to be on guard. If you get a weird vibe, leave and go elsewhere. I've learned this the hard way. They use to care and some still do, but COVID has revealed some too.
Emergency department is handled like a free clinic with staff that don’t care about the welfare of the people who need help
The team and staff does a great job at taking care of my preemie baby girl. They did all they could for my other baby (twin).
I’m questioning the validity of this place. I have been calling for months and left multiple messages for UAB neurology to send the doctors orders that they said they would send down to my primary doctor to order. They will not return calls and will not return my PCP’s calls. However they will call you 4 times a day from an automated service about the Covid vaccine. Even calls around midnight.
C1-C2 FAILED FUSION. Was not told hardware would break in my neck!!! In worse shape now than before!!! TERRIBLE PLACE!!! TERRIBLE CARE!!! Nurse asleep at the desk. Fight for a longer bed. Morphine overdose vomitting green liquid. No follow -up!! 5 days in pure HELL there for a overnight surgery!!! And ready to die now because of their foolishness and incompetence. GO ELSEWHERE! For your own good....I'm 6 years post surgery and now there is NO FIX! and HUGE PAIN! CRAPHEADS!!!!! Dr. THEISS!!!
Since 3 weeks I didn't hear from him . Our mutual friends started to complain about his behavior, his sister also told me she's tired of him . And one of his best friends started to vent to me because she was crazy about his behavior. I am Lerato and i want to quickly recommend DR NCUBE for a Job well done by curing me from the diseases that have be giving me sleepless night.
