My grandfather purchased a $6,000 shed in December of 2020. Install was set for March, Tuff Shed rescheduled 7 times. My grandfather is a truck driver and taking off work to be home cost him a lot of money. Install was rescheduled for today, May 17, 2021 and they did not show up nor call to say they couldn’t install.

Do yourself a favor and don't use Tuff Shed. Just get a local company. I bought a shed from them 10 weeks ago and we are not even in the first stages of the process. I have been reminding them what to do every step of the way. They were only efficient to collect the first payment. After that, I had to remind them to do the paperwork for the permit, which they did wrong. When they were fixing it, someone from Tuff Shed showed up at my home to drop off paperwork that they were supposed to drop off at the permit office. All of ... read more

I was told 3-5 weeks for delivery after buying a display, its now 7 weeks and no shed. I call joseph n******* and he sends me numbers for the factory. I try calling the factory and cannot reach any one. One of the numbers is disconnected. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Pay the extra money and get your shed from someone local. Very unsatisfactory company!

I purchased a Tuff Shed. DO NOT DO IT. You can get the same thing cheaper at The Home Depot. You can find better brands and better quality for less. I purchased a Tuff Shed directly from Tuff Shed, and saw a bigger one, same style for $600 less the same day mine was installed. The manager spoke to me like I was a child, and would not refund me the difference. He was very quick to say no about that.. But he assured me he would talk to his sales person. I should not be paying for your salespersons mistakes. TERRIBLE>

They have now canceled my install date FOUR times over the past two months. For over a week, I have repeatedly tried calling them and emailing them to get a new install date and I get no response. I even tried contacting their customer care email address multiple times and get no response. I can't believe any business would treat any of their customers like this and its not like my project is a small job. Avoid a shed tragedy and look elsewhere. This company is a prime example of what happens when sales volume becomes more important than customer service; a common dominator for **** ***** installation partners. Their crew installed the shed poorly, leaving huge gaps at the door and along the floor throughout, missed studs with their nails, destroyed trim, failed to clean up after the job and broke a sprinkler housing lid. I'd just like to thank Tuff Shed for putting my anger management sessions to the test. Their lack of customer service led to a canceled order (unannounced and unwanted) after 4 months of planning, dozens of emails (the last 11 of which were never answered), many unreturned calls, and uncounted minutes spent on hold. We were really looking forward to getting a shed built and installed by this company. Although we use the shed, we never got the holes installed or the vents installed that we PAID FOR. The shed was placed crooked so it's awkward looking from the view of the street or house. We also requested 2 additional keys [since we cannot find anyone who can make us duplicates] and none of these situations have been rectified. Don't waste your money. These are the highest price storage sheds on the market, birthday use some of the cheapest materials you can find. I paid $3,500 for a fairly small shed with a supposed five year warranty. One of the particle board doors is coming apart and several of the roof shingles are curling up and coming off. When I contacted the company about the warranty, I was told they would give me a quote from someone local to do the repairs.
