Worst Customer Service ever! We had our install on 11/7/2021, purchased our own paint, was not refunded the amount the Sales Rep said we would be, originally we chose their paint so they charged us but the colors were too far off. Then they installed the unit crooked on our professionally installed cement pad, and painted only one coat of paint leaving heavy scratches, and exposed wood. Will and ***** came and installed my shed nothing but great things to say. These gentleman were hard working respectful and on it. I would highly recommend these guys as well as tuff shed

The problem that I have encountered with Tuff Shed is that the sales people are very eager to make a sale and as soon as you give them your credit card number they immediately charge your credit card but the sales people and then the factory teams are not really familiar with the local guidelines in which they are selling their products and they don't inform the customers ahead of time so the customers have all the information that they need regarding permits and other local guidelines for installation and locations for inst... read more

I am ************ at Falcon, ********. I had a little turbulence at the beginning. But as soon as I was connected with *************************** and his team, my wife's 24x26 shop was completed within 45 days. ********************************* came over to check out the site, submitted a permit for approval to the **************************** and was approved within 10 days. I bought a storage shed from *********** it was sold by Tuff Shed. The sales person checked with the town and found that all I needed was a wind rating of 165 MPH and 5 ft setbacks from side property lines,31 ft from street and 5 ft from present structure. He eye balled the location and I bought the shed, "Once you pay you don't have to anything else, you don't even have to be here." We are about to purchase a custom Tough Shed. I am posting to help others that *** be doing their due diligence in researching a company before making a purchase. Do NOT hire this company. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. The snake oli salesman kept adding items to the list to increase my cost only to inflate his commission. A third window? An insulated garage door? I didn't ask for them! I never got the siding I wanted. They told me it was not available due to COVID. But, when I complained they offered to sell me the siding for an extra $950. Then I'd have to hire an installer for another $5,000. My garage installl was then delayed a month. Had I known the local Tuff Shed agent's work men were foreign nationals, I would not have ordered the shed at all. As a recipient of the Purple Heart and a combat veteran, I deeply resent the cheap shot of hiring illegals, when Americans are around to hire---try running an ad, etc. LBJ supposedly said, "Boys, I may not know much, but I do know the difference between chicken salad and chickens**t." No real excuse for a lazy agent
