We recently purchased a tuff shed, *********** office accepted full payment over ******* $ installer scheduled assembly, arrived on day scheduled and fully assembled shed. I asked crew if there were any paperwork to sign and was told no. I would not recommend this company in any way. They contract out the work to very unreliable contractors that make a mess and dont show up as stated. Took forever to get them to ALMOST FINISH the job. After hitting my main waterline and having to hire a plumber to come fix their issues they NEVER came back to finish the job even after many calls to them. Tuff Shed is a joke! We waited over a month for our shed to be built. We graveled the area ahead of the build only to have the general contractor refuse the build because he spotted some animal poo on the ground and claimed the ground wasn't level as well. The ground WAS almost level (only +/- 4" from level) but the general contractor was adamant that if there was any animal poo in the area. I picked up ecerything resembling any animal poo, only to have the contractor walk off the job with no guarantee of return in the futur... read more

Not real happy. They brought the wrong material. Still have not gotten a date for correct shed. Keep calling leaving messages no one returns my calls and they have my money paid in full!

Ordered Tuff Shed. It arrived 3 weeks after ordered. Installer came out by himself. Took several hours, and then he said that he would have to come back because the door handle was the wrong one. I looked inside shed, and saw that there were nails coming through everywhere. Poor workmanship and lack of quality control. He said when he comes back, he would cut the nails. I wouldnt buy anything from them.!!! They lie. I have had nothing but trouble getting my shed. Install date was a lie, then when he came he didnt have all the parts, since then they made me sign completion for warranty purposes. I put on it it wasnt complete and what was missing. They ignored it. Ive called 10 times since and asked about it and when I will get the parts installed and they set up 4 appointments that were a lie! No show no call, nothing! I wanted Hickory shingles. I told the salesman that I wanted Hickory shingles .He sold me a different shingle that said that they're looked like the Hickory when they installed it one of them came loose, They're paper thin. I don't understand why they wouldn't sell me the Hickory Shingle. I've called Them twice and haven't heard back from anyone. ***************************** A Dissatisfied Customer.

I purchased my Tuff Shed model at the Ramsey, ** location from Chark Y. I was very impressed with his professionalism and product knowledge. He was transparent regarding the options, clearly identified the value of upgrades and building tiers, and facilitated a comfortable buying experience.After the sale, the Tuff Shed customer service team remained in regular contact and offered me opportunities to re-evaluate my purchase, options, and colors. I am excited for the installation.

I was excited to get a 10x12 shed built and have to say the time line worked great for my needs and the sales guy seemed very eager to help. Then the issues started.. I told them I would have to reschedule since I had to remove a tree to get it in the best location, They said if they rescheduled it would be several months later, I rushed to have the location ready in time but said I would need a door replaced to fit the location.
