My original installation date was set for June 21. After 4 no-shows, my tuff shed was finally installed. Out of the 4 no-shows, only once was I actually notified they were not coming that day to install. My shed was finally installed July 7. The shelf I ordered was not installed because the installer stated it was not sent with him to be installed. Also, the paint on the front door was splotchy. What a major disappointment Tuff Shed turned out to be. We designed, ordered, and paid for our shed on 4/4/2021. We were somewhat disappointed right away when they couldn’t schedule the install until 7/19/2021. They sent emails periodically to let us know things were moving along in the order. The last 2 emails were the Monday and Wednesday prior to the scheduled install, both stating things were ready for the 19th install day. FYI Ordered a garage on October 23, 2020 with the estimated completion taking 4 to 6 month. • When I followed up in April 2021 I was advised the city planning office just approved the plans. Sounds good but it's all down hill from there. • The employee said she’d mail them to me. A couple of days later she called to say she forgot to get the permits signed, but unfortunately they did not have someone to send to correct this issue. We have ordered and purchased a shed on May 17 th. My wife and I was told it would be built in 3 to 4 weeks. After the 4 th week, we had to contact Tuffshed and our order got lost and they rescheduled for today July 12 th. Now 9:00 am on July 12 th the contractor called saying his truck was broke down and it will be tomorrow between 12:00 and 3:00 pm. I would not ever deal with this company, further more ever recommend this company for anything!

Where to start? How about the beginning. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. We just moved to a new location with an extra parcel large enough to put a good-sized workshop on it (20’ X 40’) and contacted “Tuff Shed” to do the project. After getting everything agreed upon, we put minimum money down to get the project going. We were told that it would take up to 5 MONTHS before construction would start. I am so frustrated with the job (shed built in my backyard) they did, because they say what they do, but they don’t do what they say.I sign the contract at 04/14/21,schedule build at 5/21/21,but i got a massage will bemove to 5/25/21, I am totally unsatisfied with this job. I got the shed installed on 5/25/21,they did not finish the shed,because they forgot the door threshold and ramp, with their promise that the ramp would be wide enough for the mover to get on and store in shed. Took 2 months from purchase to schedule. Then I took off work and builder canceled morning of. Your builder is a liar. It rained for a few seconds then stopped. Stated he was in the area and it was pouring which is false. I don't believe he had any intention on completing my build today. I wish you all can complete my build asap. This is the worse customer service experience ever. According to documents rain, sleet, snow does not affect build.

Wow I wish I had seen the reviews before I became another victim of the Home Depot/ Tuff shed debacle. They should rename Tuff Shed to Tuff Shit. Because after they get your money it'll be tuff for you to communicate with anyone. Tuff shed was a horrible company to try to work with. I opened a project loan at home Depot to pay for the shed. When they called to schedule, they told me it would be there at the end of the month (march) when I got the schedule confirmation, it said it was scheduled for the end of may. Then when delivery day came, they called and cancelled. They scheduled it for another month out. Then when that delivery day came, they called and cancelled again.
