There should be a neg star option. We paid our deposit and where we wanted it the town will not approve, the sales guy told us it shouldnt be a problem... Now still waiting for our refund.. Going to call bank to have charge back done

My salesman, Robert S******* from the Grand Rapids location was fantastic to work with. The crew who installed were profession and incredible organized, leaving the area clean when they left. I would recommend this quality shed and organization to anyone

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had dealing with a business, and after rescheduling multiple times they finally arrived to install the shed, I was truly hoping for a professional job this shed was poorly done this is not what I thought would happen after paying $4000 extremely disappointed.

I have had no problems with getting the shed built. The problem comes with customer service and warranty work done. I have been waiting for almost a year to get the door fixed. They (warranty) keep saying some one will call to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I am to the point of getting an attorney to get it done.

Home Depot really need to take tuff shed off their bucket list. Very very poor my fiancé and I scheduled the shed to be placed in our backyard over a month ago the first initial visit was canceled the day before after taking time off work. Then to have Stephanie be rude to my significant other on the phone was a big NO! NO! The company did reschedule the visit and once again no shed. This time was a no call no show even with us taking off from work again !! Who will compensate our time ? I wonder what the shed would have loo... read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I leave a single star rating only because I cannot leave a zero star comment. I purchased a two story building, to turn into a small home,for my mom, on August 24, 2020, to be built in November 2020. I paid for it up front. They have still yet to even begin to work on it. It has been one excuse after another. 1st. The paperwork was supposedly done incorrectly. Then it was COVID, yet other outside construction projects were done during that time. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. The building is crap, the install of the crap building was terrible. I had to hire another company to come fix the garage door they provided. They don’t communicate at all once they get your money. I paid in full in September and it didn’t get installed until April of the following year. I bought it before Covid and they told me it would be installed in 6 weeks. I do not recommend this company. 1. website ran so slow I had to go to a business I knew in the middle of the night to get it to load fast enough. 2. After that it started out good. Then because of Covid it is taking the health department and the county time to process everything and it has to be done phone or email so it has taken me a week and 1/2 to get my documents and I emailed the representative and she never got back with me so her boss emailed me wanting to know what the problem was and I told her I am working on it ... read more

Darren (DJ) in Milwaukee was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept the ball rolling on our garage. Incredibly fast turnaround and most reasonable pricing around. Friendly building crew. Very happy with our new garage.
