I just had the latest shed built and have had several from the ******* ** factory. All were well built and installed a 12 x 18' building in less than four hours, the door and windows were quality and seem to last for several years without repair. ***************** from the Las Cruses ** store was very helpful in the details. My shed is only three years old, and when I opened the door yesterday it fell completely off the shed. Every single hinge fastener was broken off.The same thing happened to my neighbor, who also has a tuff shed.I guess they dont build them like they used to. I dont have the skills to repair this which is why I bought a tuff shed to begin with.

We bought our Tuff Shed in 2017. We live in a high wind area and every year we have problems with the shingles on it coming off. Tuff Shed has always come out and repaired it. Now that its out of warranty it our problem and they want us to pay $250. I disagree. If they had put the shingles on correctly we wouldnt have this problem. I have recommended Tuff shed to friends and family because of how happy with them I was, not any more. Should be "Tuff Luck Shed!!!"I almost don't need to leave a review after reading the negative and oh-so-true reviews posted here the last few months.This company is utterly dysfunctional. Paid for an already constructed shed at our local *********** All they needed to do was get it delivered. Almost 2 yrs, still haven't completed the last bit on garage. 4 trips same 2 guys never bring what they need. Still owe $4000, they won't see till it passes inspection ***************** **
Do not buy a tuffshed you will not get what you ordered and they will not install it when scheduled or properly. The wrong sized boards were installed, the doors dont shut right ,When there is a problem they will not answer or return your calls. They are just terrible. And if ordered through ********** they will not help either. I should have just tried to build it myself.
Would be 0 but wouldn't let me..The worse company I've ever dealt with. It's been 5 months and 5 payments later and nothing done. Not even them coming out to mark off area. 1st they said pulling the permit. Then month later no permit. Then permit under review. Then found out they never pulled permit. After several months of poor customer service We just received delivery of the shed on December 18 they brought it on a giant flatbed truck which of course could not move to the back of the yard, and they dropped it off on the side of my house and did not install it in the location as promised. These guys are total knuckleheads. My shed came quickly and was built and installed quickly, but more than half the nails missed the studs and my shed leaks when it rains. Contractors are nice guys, but man they really **** at building.. Far as the paint goes, i agreed to have them put on one coat of paint, while i would add the second coat.
