I purchased a 8'x10' Tuff Shed at *********** Right after installation I noticed that after it rain the door and window were leaking. I call Tuff Shed and explain the problem, a technician came and I was told that issue was corrected. They came over 4 times and the issue was not corrected. I placed the order and paid for my shed in full (almost $9k) on 2/25/23 from the *************** office. I also paid for the permit service that tuffshed offers. I was quickly sent a sales contract via docusign and a PDF outlining what to expect. I signed and returned the sales contract and other requested documents (plat, survey, etc.) immediately. 8 weeks later and seemingly zero progress has been made on the project. I had ****** and ****** install a tuff shed today and I have to say I dont leave reviews ever but I have to for them, A+ customer service A+ attention to detail A+ speed A+ product knowledge A+ professionalism they walked us through the install process and how to use everything when they were finished, fast clean install I could not be more happy with the results, 10 out of 10 and I will be referring to friends and family!
Terrible Company. Dishonest sales People. Anything for a sale. Buyers BEWARE. Management extremely unhelpful. Do not waste your money with this company. I live in ****** ********** had my shed installed December 28. Salesman told me price was soup to nuts and with a very high credit rating over 800. I am now in collections for $377 because of a lie the Tuff Shed employee told me. Management *****. They stand behind liars. Please do not waste your money on this company.
Top shelf quality. From start to build very detailed oriented. Installers top tier quality and man are they fast and efficient and very easy to work with. Materials used in build are second to none. I highly recommend thus company. ****** from ********** Ala. Get TUFF you will be glad you did !!
We went to the show room for our ***** on ******** *********. The installer didnt follow directions on where we wanted the ***** and built it at an ***** so the door now opens up into our firepit. Called ****** service and sent out pictures still no word back. We had install on 2/13/23 its now almost 2 months later and still nothing. The installer also painted the trim after it was built so now we paint drips all over it looks like a kid painter it.
Very poor customer service. I had a shed built in my backyard. The people who came hit my landscaping wrecked. It ran into my car hauler. Put a scratch all the way down it when I called ***** they told me. Oh youre just looking for a payday I think they should pay for the damages that theyre guys did when they installed my shed.

Our ***** Tuff Shed rep ****** is awesome and 8 months ago built us a functional and ascetically pleasing 12x12. However, whenever your build anything youre going to have minor hiccups. They did meet every request, resolved all challenges and provided every needful thing. They dont mind you watching the work, and they answer all your questions through the process. If I could give this company zero stars, I would!!!I purchased a Tuff Shedd from Homedpot. The guy called me the same day as my purchase and told me his assistant was going to follow-up. I received a call from her and email to sign a contract and I told her I would pull my own permit (which it took only a few days). I sent the permit back and was told it would be installed on 03/14/2023 and the installer would be at my home between **** AM.
