We had an aged invoice, over a year old, and out of the blue, we got a call from ****, who was very pleasant and assured us he could collect. After we got the contract in agreement with all parties, which they did without hesitation, (contrary to some of the comments below, they do negotiate) we had a call from the company, who owed the outstanding invoice, the NEXT day trying to negotiate/pay. I communicated with ****************** for 2 weeks regarding what will be required for us to make the payment in question. these guys are a real piece of work they will tell you that they will charge you 25% to collect on bill and say they will charge the customer an additional 25% so it won't cost you anything then when the time comes the don't charge the customer 25% and it will cost you 25% in the end.dont trust them they promised me that but in the end it cost me i will never use them again
