*** called out of the blue and said he could get us paid. He collected in a few months and the check cleared!

I really need to find out who was the person that called my wife phone number 940597ooo4 and was yelling and currsing at her. I do not understand how this company does allow this behavior.

Our office has reviewed the call made to the number ending in 0004 and found that there was no profanity used by our representative whatsoever or by anyone on the call. Our representative was advised that the party she was trying to reach was unavailable and asked that he call her back. I didn't know what to expect but was amazed at the results. In less than 4 hours they had already got commitments to pay. *** ****** has been amazing to work with. We are new to sending accounts for collections and he has walked us through the process. Very happy.

Our company has using Tucker Albin for a number of years. We have turned over a number of customers who owed us money and hadn't paid. We gave them options for payment plans but sometimes they wouldn't even communicate with us.
