i have worked in Ag Credit since 1978. I have worked with several collection agencies over the years. ********************* and Tucker Albin are the best at what they do as anyone I have worked with. We have turned accounts over with balances of a few hundred dollars to accounts that have had a balance of several hundred thousand dollars. We have had very good results from small to large accounts. **** has an ability to match the right collector to the past due account for the best results. **************

Tucker Albin has helped us recover funds from multiple clients over the past few years. It's never ideal to have to get a third party involved when invoices become delinquent, but their services have proved invaluable in times when a client decides they're not going to pay for goods or services that we've delivered in good faith. They called my business on 5-2-24, THREE times before 10:30 AM, soliciting their services. I told them to stop calling after the second call and they did not comply. I am glad I don't need a collection agency and after this experience, I wouldn't call them even if I did need collection services. I know that being annoying is what they are good at, but from my side, they need to be more courteous. **********

After initial discussion with ********************* with Tucker, Albin we identified 13 late or unresponsive customers not paying past due invoices. Within 2-3 weeks Tucker, Albin recovered 30% and still working on others.We are very happy with the results to date! I would recommend calling ***** if you're having trouble collecting on late paying customers.

One of their representatives called and misrepresented himself as a lawyer. Stating their client wanted to pursue legal action and wanted to know if I would pay $100+ over the phone. I responded no and he claimed there is something in the contract I signed that stated I would be responsible for any remaining fees and how my $100+ balance could increase to well over $1800 after court cost.
