The folks at Tucker Albin are simply amazing. These people are scum. Since when is it ok to call a person's 77 year old mother who lives in a different state. When contact has already be made? They can skate by the Consumer law by saying they are a Commerical debt collector. They were also sued for $500,000 in 2015 and lost. Rightfully so. These people are bullies.

I have access to him almost anytime so I never wonder Whats happening with my cases and he even made time for a weekend appointment when I wasn't available during the week. i have worked in Ag Credit since 1978. I have worked with several collection agencies over the years. ********************* and Tucker Albin are the best at what they do as anyone I have worked with. We have turned accounts over with balances of a few hundred dollars to accounts that have had a balance of several hundred thousand dollars.
