Chris R*** was the most arrogant and stupid person on the phone.. Assumed everything but knew nothing! Bad Language and going way outside the law to collect a debt they showed no proof of! LOL

I do not recommend this collection agency. They were very pushy and arrogant to us, their own customer. They will make you feel like you are the defendant instead of their client. You will regret doing business with them. The company rep would not quit calling so I agreed to place three accounts with them that I had previously turned over to another company. They are attempting to collect on a debt that is not owed. Several text and calls and using lies to attain money.

The young man Adam at Tucker and associates is a very unprofessional. He is extremely rude. This company should fire him. He doesn't know how to conduct himself as a professional. Making threats etc. This company should be held accountable for their poor choice of employees.

Just received a call from a woman, who didn't identify herself or her company, at this company asking for someone else. When I told her she had the wrong number, she replied by saying I was lying and that she had listened to my voicemail and knows my name. I told her she's welcome to call back and listen again, because that was not my name. She continues to accuse me of lying saying I sold wine (which I do not).
