I am happy to write this review for Tucker, Albin and Associates, Inc. and especially for Jeff ******* Jeff is the collector we deal with. He is personable and an avid collector that has proven to us he can overcome objections. He is a great negotiator who provides quick results by creating win-win situations. Jeff has had success collecting on all cases that we have trusted him with after we have exhausted all avenues to try to collect on our own. Great collector!

Hondo ******** is amazing! He has been with us every step of the way and made the whole collections process easy. He is pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and he gets the job done! If you want a professional handling your collections, Ryan R is the person to call. I was hesitant to turn some of our customers over, eventually asking Ryan to see what he could do with a few old accounts and he did not disappoint. Just the opposite, he came through with results very quickly. We'll continue to look to Ryan for future collection help!

The company I work for was contacted by Ryan R. a year or so ago. We are a small company but sometimes have customers that we need to collect on. He provided a great rate so we gave them a chance. I thoroughly exhaust all avenues I have and sent them a couple to start with.
