I just received a call from a John *** (supposedly) From this Company who was very rude for no apparent reason. This company needs to rethink their approach. I will never allow this call to go through again so if any one from this company has reads this. Please stop harassing people on the phone and trying your approach as a bully. I believe there are laws against this!!!!

This company contacted several people from Xana Nursery trying to get us to let them collect on a debt that we did not need help on and we tried to explain this to them. And they still contacted our customer and threatened them and is now taking money out of their account, and we haven't seen a dime of the 4500.00-5000.00 that has been taken. I own a small business and have a lot of deadbeat customers try to take advantage of my kindness. Tucker ***** tracks them down and has a high success rate or recovery and of course there is the old adage "you win some you lose some" they are just doing their job I am glad another small business owner recommended them to me
Received a phone call at work from this company, when trying to figure out how to direct this call I asked the lady from this company to inform me of what this call was regarding, she repeatedly told me she had a "note on her desk" to call at this time. Unable to give her a phone number for who she stated she was trying to reach I attempted to dig deeper to find out what this call was regarding, the representive on the other end of the phone proceeds to cuss at me. Earlier this year they contacted me regarding a bogus debt for over 3 times what the suspected debt was supposedly worth. The gentleman I spoke on the phone with tried to use scare tactics to try to receive payment immediately. There were MANY red flags that arose, including no details offered of the debt owed and no title of the person requesting money be sent - just some guy from some business in a different country asking for money for something I didn't owe. I posted a review on BBB over a very dishonest sales associate from Tucker and Assotiates and I part of the response I received was that I was going to be put on the do not call list (despite the sales associate telling me that one did not exist). Today I received another call from this dishonest company desipite being on their "do not call list" I inquired the sales associate by the name of ******* about why they're company was found guilty of collection fraud. Was called by a "Chris ******** (if that was his real name) and when my receptionist answered the call, he lied saying that he was returning my phone call and pressured her into forwarding me the call. When I asked to be put on their do not call list, he also informed me that he doesn't have one. When I asked him questions such as what the company name was called, he kept avoiding the question rather than answer me. The only way I found the company name was by calling back the number he called the main switchboard on.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and even threatening. Contacted me to offer their services, after explaining some basic information about the situation the representative started selling the service. He said my company would bankrupt, I would lose all of my money because he was going to take it for other customers he represents, and that I was a liar/not a man of my word because I did not want to move forward with their services that very moment.
