I received a harassing and deceptive email from "Lacy T*****" who works at Tucker, Albin, and Associates who forwarded who appear to be here managing, attempting to make me think my case was being escalated and my assets were at risk. "Please forward this case out to Meter Investigations Group for an asset search for the above debtor. The balance in full has not been paid and our client is wanting to proceed to look for any assets they may or may not have prior to any proceedings." At the time that our representative reached out to you, our office was still showing an outstanding balance, however, we are now able to confirm that our client has since notified our office of their receipt of payment which they accepted as settlement. Ive never done business with Tucker, Albin and Associates but I did receive a cold call from one of their representatives today. He was very deceptive in his approach. He called and asked for my boss by first and last name. When I asked where he was calling from he said the "Tucker Group, just tell Mike (my boss) I'm on the phone and he'll take the call." Chris R*** of Tucker, Albin and Associates is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have even dealt with. Contacted me for a debt that my previous employer supposedly owes. Threatens to "serve me" and blasts my personal identifiable information on email chains with random people. I at first politely tried to direct him to the business that might be able to help him only to be continuously harassed along with several of my family members whom he somehow found phone numbers for. I hired Tucker, Albin in 2016 and they failed to get ANY results despite the big sales pitch they had made. Despite failing, they kept calling me & emailing. I asked them to stop contacting me. They used deception to get past my receptionist, then laughed that it proved how good they are. It doesn't when they fail to collect.

Number comes up as a robocall. Means "unsolicited sales call" - then they ask for my business owner by his first name - " hey is Bob there?" Trying to sound like this is Bob's old college buddy - nope, what is this regarding? "I'll call back later." Well, good luck with that. Hint: we ALL screen calls now and you need to get past the gatekeeper. Be nice and HONEST with the gatekeeper and you might get somewhere. Be a ****, and you will get blocked in our phone system. Comprehende?

When trying to collect a debt, there is no reason for your employees to be rude and threatening. R. Baker, was insanely rude and dismissive. Got angry when he found out I had called the original vendor to verify that my being contacted by Tucker Albin was legitimate. Also, threatened me with additional fees if I did not comply and pay him immediately. I provided him with my remittance details and that payment was sent directly to vendor, I was told that was unacceptable. When I told him my company refuses to pay these fees, ... read more

Chris R*** was the most arrogant and stupid person on the phone.. Assumed everything but knew nothing! Bad Language and going way outside the law to collect a debt they showed no proof of! LOL

I do not recommend this collection agency. They were very pushy and arrogant to us, their own customer. They will make you feel like you are the defendant instead of their client. You will regret doing business with them. The company rep would not quit calling so I agreed to place three accounts with them that I had previously turned over to another company.
