A family business with great customer service. My husbands watch needed a couple of links taken out and was done within the hour. I had a wedding ring and engagement ring resized and the engagement ring needed new claws as they were wearing away. So pleased with the result, it looks like a new ring. We also got to spend some time with the adorable Beau the bichon frise.
My fairly unusual 6 band puzzle ring was cut off and made larger by Truscotts. It took a little longer than planned but when i collected it I could see they had made a fantastic job of it, all 6 bands had been individually resized. Even got a discount due to the extra wait. Very happy and would recommend.
I had been recommended Truscott by 2 different people and I'm so glad I took their advice and contacted these guys. My watch had a loose screw in the back which I wasn't aware of, having spent the afternoon at a nearby spa i used the steam room and this had led to it getting condensation inside and closing the watch face.
