RecommendedI was blessed to be able to spend the entire month of January 2019 at the True North Health Center. I lost 30 lbs eating the food and doing an 18 day water only fast. I was closely monitored by the doctors twice a day. They showed genuine concern and compassion and knew exactly what they were doing.
