TrueNorth laid the foundation for my current WFPB and SOS lifestyle and is worth every penny. I completed a 21 day water-fast in 2017 and never looked back. My health significantly improved and I am no longer at risk for diseases in my family (diabetes, CVD, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity). The staff and teachers are excellent, compassionate, and huge champions in your success. A big shout-out to the amazing kitchen and housekeeping staff whose personalized customer service made every day a great one!
