I've never been to True North. But I've been water fasting periodically for twelve years. Five years ago Dr Goldhamer supervised my Doctor by phone in Haines Alaska while I did a 24 day water fast. I've suffered PCOD and endometriosis and fasting has helped where dietary change wasn't enough. Now at 48 I'm pain free and I recommend TN to folks who want to work deeper.

The best. The doctors are so intelligent, caring, well educated, well researched, attentive, and kind! The facility is beautiful, and the staff is comprised of such caring, bright, helpful men and women. It is inspiring and refreshing to know that a facility such as this one exists, a place where true healing and important education are happening. Thank you, True North!
