When I went to True North Health as a patient in January of 2011 I weighed more than 50 pounds than I do now. I was also on dangerous medications. That place forever changed and saved my life. Dr. Goldhamer, Dr. Lisle and the entire medical staff are the most knowledgable clinicians I have ever met. It is hard to believe that a place of this caliber is so affordable! Don't ask yourself IF you should go there, just when.

I recently completed a 14-day water fast at True North and can't say enough good things about them. It's a great place.

I did a 21 day water fast and spent 30 days this January at True North and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. All the "auto-immune" issues I was being diagnosed with simply were a leaky gut, which I now am continuing to heal with a plant based, no SOS diet and a few specific supplements and a good probiotic. This is the first spring literally in my life that I'm not on anti-histamines every single day and my rashes and skin issues are gone. I am a true believer that this is the best clinic and program on the planet.
