I stayed at True North in 2011 and had a wonderful experience. I was having some health concerns, such as a pretty persistent skin rash in various parts of my body. After trying a variety of treatment options, I went to True North, and this truly was life changing for me. My symptoms cleared up and I was healthier than I had ever been in my life. Excellent cite and staff for health and nutritional information. Anything you want to know about Fasting this is it. Can someone help me with this, while doing a 3 day water fast should you continue to take supplements/vitamins or should you do water only?
