I like that True North's Chef Ramses offers vegan food for those living in the nearby community to purchase, but I have not been able to find out if they use canned items. Are the beans in the dishes from cans, or are dried beans used? Is the coconut milk in the pies from cans, and if so is it free of gums and are the cans BPA-free? Are the dishes gluten and gum free? A great place to address a multitude of health issues and have a safe Dr. supervised water fast. Also, they have amazing and intensive educational component to your stay there, between live lectures and many, many DVDs that you can watch in the privacy of your room. The neighborhood is beautiful as well!
Just arrived today but so far I love love it. Staff are amazing and the other visitors visiting True North are just precious.. We all have one thing I believe in common, we are taking back control of our health !! Thank you True North for the helping hand ...
