A great staff all the doctors and all the ancillary staff, they all practice lifestyle medicine They see people get well and get off a lot of their medicine. We were there for 3 weeks, we saw positive changes in our health. Would recommend this for anyone that wants to improve their health. We will go back again.
Fasting enabled me to deconstruct my complex health issues, getting to the root cause, with a no frills approach. The environment was conducive to success. It is the only place in the world where I don't need to be chained to a bed to fast 😂🤣😂

This is truly a remarkable place. The staff, doctors, interns, nurses and chefs make this fasting journey so comfortable. I have achieved some great health results and plan to make this an annual pilgrimage to maintain optimum health. If anyone is struggling with health issues this is the place to take charge and get well. Now my SOS free journey begins. No salt, no oil, no sugar!
Best decision I ever made. TrueNorth was the reset I needed after years of lifestyle choices. My 14 day water-fast highlighted a hiatal hernia issue for me. Dr Goldhammer corrected it in one chiropractic treatment. My blood pressure dropped to optimal range, lost 15 lbs and all the inflammation that went with it. The education acquired changed my relationship with life and food. Blessed with a great treatment team.
High turn over rate for people working there so noone knows whats going on - They Never return phone calls-Have nasty rooms...Only good thing is they are cheap-Save your $ - fast on your own!
