I spent 14 of the most healing, fun, educational days of my life at Truenorth. I'm home now and feel like Super Woman! A truly life changing experience! Everybody tells me how young I look....and I never remember feeling this good. I'm having a great time using my new found energy to make the healthy sos free vegan meals recommended by true North....:-)
