TriStar Southern Hills is an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and a Primary Stroke Center. 2017 is the first year that I have developed any major and/or systemic medical concerns, including Type 2 Diabetes and bulging discs in my spine. I have been a patient at TriStar for some time and suddenly, I have been cast out. Dr Robert Bishop has withdrawn as my physician, making it impossible for me to get care here, which is only .4 miles from my home. I was in the emergency room overnight, and the staff was beyond helpful with getting me better! I walked in (granted this was at 3:30 this morning) but I was immediately seen and appropriate treatment was immediately given. The entire staff was wonderful! When my son was thirsty, they even gave us some drinks for him instead of making us go to a vending machine. Awesome staff treated me kindly very smart and efficient
I came in last night with a severe allergic reaction from accidentally ingesting a cashew. I was in rough shape, and the staff could not have taken better care of me. Everyone was so nice and very attentive to my needs, and within 2 hours I was a new person. Everything was so smooth and efficient...definitely the best ER I've been to, and I highly recommend!
My 93 yr old dad had surgery yesterday and even though the surgery ran late (for good reasons), the staff (medical and ancillary) were absolutely wonderful. To be honest, I don't know when my dad has had so much fun...lol! The nurses in the Surgery Waiting area (Angie, Vicki, LuAnn, and the sweet little blond from Murfreesboro) made this a very pleasant experience and Margaret, the family liaison, was superb!
