RecommendedThis is my second time visiting StoneCrest. They took awesome care of me. From check-in through discharge. Everyone had a positive upbeat attitude. The check-in process was easy and timely. The nurses were amazing the entire process was explained, from what is going to happen, what's happening and what to expect next. You can't get through directly to anyone unless they have give you a direct number. I never got a prescription filled. There was no follow up and felt intimidated and bullied. How much is one person supposed to navigate? Now I'm out the 85 dollars and had no medication throughout the entire lockdown; Anxiety medication! Oh the irony! I felt so betrayed and anguished I will never go back. I still feel to intimidated to try calling again, as the person who answers the swtichboard is some sort of demon. I’m sitting in the parking lot right now and I just witnessed a woman in scrubs walk into emergency to work after I watched her sit in her car behind me digging in her nose and eating her boogers that is absolutely disgusting I pray she washes her hands before dealing with patients

Once again, terrible service, and no sense of the “care” that should be in healthcare. My daughter arrived at the ED having an exacerbation of her asthma at around 7:30 pm. The website advertised a wait time of less than 20 minutes, but at 10:15 she had still not seen a Dr, had a breathing treatment, chest X-ray, or anything other than registration and verification of her insurance. Five to six people were sitting at the front desk, laughing and seeming to be thoroughly enjoying their day, yet none of them bothered to check ... read more

They can’t even get an IV in right! We’ve been here for 2 hours and we are no better off. Could use some help at Hendersville Hospital Emergency room.
