Attentive, expeditiously responsive, considerate and empathetic.
They were very welcoming and helpful. Easy registering with no wait. The techs were very nice and maid the procedure easy and convertible. Thank you so much.
I am only giving two stars because the nurses are nice, once you can get them in to speak with you. This hospital is SLOW. No sense of urgency. We were literally turned away at the door when we went in for a second time because of pain. Went to another dr. and apparently no one at Southern Hills can read x-rays. Dislocated KNEE CAP. This is NOT the first time they have messed up. This hospital is a JOKE and this was the last straw! I'll be driving my rear end all the way to Vanderbilt next time.

I had to get my blood drawn here today and Linda was the best lab technician I have ever had. She did it so quickly and I didn't feel a thing. She was also very caring and very attentive. Thank you Linda!
Very nice staff. Courteous and friendly. We drove all the way from Savannah, Georgia to come to this facility.
