Have my annual mammogram done at Brentwood location. I was so thankful to see Cindy again this morning. She makes it all (almost) pleasant. Highly recommend!
I had a routine visit at the Imaging Dept. Anna, who works in Imaging was very kind, considerate, and thorough. She explained everything step by step. I left my prescription sunglasses there, and she called me before I left the medical center. Thank you Anna!
Come early in the morning today i was checked in get in the back two minutes stuff was nice and kind. Doctor was pretty good nurse good. The take care of me good thanks Tristar.
I went in for a CT scan this morning and was seen very quickly. In fact, I was back to my car before my appt was scheduled to even begin. Very nice people and super clean hospital.
Took my mother to Tri Star Medical southern Hills, we walked in-the door and they had her to the back in seconds in a bed with 3 nurses around her inserting IV’s, finding out her chief complaint and and soothing her, minutes after they walked out the doctor came in and the CT scan tech!! This was by far the BEST (ER)experience I’ve ever witnessed. I’m enrolled in Nursing school so they don’t realize that I was watching and listening to everything! Southern Hills saved my life twice - once in 2011 and again in 2015, I would be dead without the excellent ER team, doctors, and staff. I'd pick Southern Hills over Vanderbilt any day.
Worst ER ever every time I have to go. They always seem short staffed. It’s literally deserted around here all the time. Like they can’t keep employees. You’re there for an hour before anybody even gets your name. There’s one old lady running the ER by herself who isn’t moving fast enough. Where is her help. It’s flu season! Don’t they expect suck people?! Every time I come here I start thinking I coulda gave myself better care. If only I could write my own prescriptions!!
I just had a wonderful experience at Tristar Southern Hills. Everyone was so nice. As soon as I walked in the door up to registration, all smiles and a lady ushered me to where I needed to go and I was seen within 2 minutes. Excellent care! Two thumbs up!
