this hospital is terrible and any tri star hospital u go to is really just about as bad
RecommendedThey have taken the best care of my Dad after his back surgery! Doctors, nurses and rehab were amazing!
I never give any Star, they never sent the bills or notes to my brother then they could send to collection but never mailed any bill to my brother !! And when I went to registration desk. one of front desk lady said Are you legal !?? I dont know if there is any usa illegal citizen ??? shame of registration lady , shame !!!!
Southern Hills took $6,000 at admissions. Put me through 7 hours of pre op testing (I am already living in pain from a botched plate and pin job.) and then announced at consent signing the surgeon was “out of network” and we would be expected to pay him out of pocket. As of today they intend to charge ME the $2000 for unnecessary testing that should NOT have been done without full disclosure of the financial burden it would cause. I was there last year had. Toe sugery. Employees an Drs were friendly The hospital was. Very clean I was well taken care of l would give them 5 star. Rating an would go back to them. I had no complaints. I go. to the. Foot Dr on the Hill Tri Star Medical. They also take good care of you They are. very friendly. an professional. I have. been going there. for 2 years
My mother-in-law Janice and I have traveled to Southern Hills Medical Center several times now. She had back surgery by Dr. Rex Arendall and his surgical nurse Pam Krancer (a fantastic surgical duo). We both agree that a hospital is not someplace that a person wants to go, but rather needs to go to. If we had to go to the hospital this is by far the best place that we would choose. I just want to give TriStar Southern Hills Medial Center ER staff praise. My son came in very sick and when we got to the ER there was no wait time and he was treated very kindly and compassionately. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctors get an A+ from me. Thank you for being there for us!
I had a medical procedure this week. The WHOLE staff was so friendly, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend!
