This place is absolutely horrible. Brought son in for an xray... They xrayed him and 4 hours later we're still here.. Seriously?

My experience in the ER was great! I went in feeling so much pain & did not have to wait in the lobby long. All the staff was nice and professional. The doc & nurses were able to bring my pain down.
The staff here are amazing! First time I have been to this hospital and would make the drive to come back it all went that well.
What a bust! I heard they called this place "Southern Kills" and I see why! One of the nurses wanted to get my son up just for weight when he clearly was in pain. She didn't bring the scale to him until he continue to tell in pain. Then they they tried to draw his blood but when he yelled this foolish nurse told him to cover his mouth when he was coughing.� Then she gave him shot in his thighs instead of his bottom. An awesome experience at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center...Dr. Rex Arendall and Pam Krancer, PA ...are the best! Outstanding nursing staff..Kristie, Brianna, and Karen are outstanding nurses...Tracy, wonderful PT...have nothing but rave reviews for this facility and staff!
My wife came into the ER with stomach issues and the staff couldn't have been better. The nurses and doctors do a great job!
Great staff of nurses and doctors from the ER to the cardiac unit. Made me feel calm and well taken care of.
