I have been visiting Trilogy for about a year now for my hair colour. It’s a very friendly salon and the staff all seem like friends rather than just colleagues. My stylist is Sophie who is very good. Sophie is on maternity leave now so I have been passed to Scarlet who is very knowledgeable and does a great job. They open late on a Thursday which is great for me. I would definitely recommend this hairdressers.

Poor service. I had senior stylist who poorly served me. Wouldn’t go back to them again. I was 15 mins late and I called to inform of the same, I think you forgot to mention that. I would not give you that chance again to serve me as I was sitting in by basin where my toner/shampoo was dribbling of my back after having minor reaction to product you’ve used. Very bad experience!!Negative person and I was asking for wavy hair and he done looks me how I woke up in the morning and very expensive!!
