This was my first colonoscopy and everything went well. The doctor and nurses were pleasant and they were on time. My only issue with this place is the waiting room. It was super crowded, no TV, the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Nothing was offered to the people that had to wait at least an hour for their loved ones. It honestly felt like I should've walked in, pulled a number, and waited for my number to be called like a deli.

The staff are very professional and they were very nice. My endoscopy was my first procedure and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all after talking to them.

Let me give a glowing review for Tri-state Endoscopy to combat these lower reviews. I was worried about them, but let me tell you, everyone working there does their best to put you at ease and does an excellent job! I have to get regular Colonoscopies so this wasn't my first rodeo, but this was my first time at this facility. It has thus far been the best one! So thank you to my doctor and the nurses (thank you Tammy!) for being so sweet and professional and caring. Also, my ride waiting in the waiting room has no complaints... read more
