Be careful with this hotel. They have staff that lack customer service, employees who claim to be managers when they aren't, and will not try to help you when you ask for it. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a pleasant experience. Try their sister hotel, Hotel Galvez. So much better customer service and the hotel is nice.
My wife and I and another couple stayed here recently for a quick weekend getaway. I will start by saying the hotel is nice. Not worth the $300/night but nice. They do hit you for $17/day for parking as well. The drinks in the bar are way overpriced and very, very weak. I can't speak on the food because we didn't eat there. Now comes the bad. Great place to unwind. Ashley was also a pleasure to speak with as well. You don't always meet some one from Ohio in Texas. Overall the staff were a pleasurable.

This place is amazing. We arrived very early for our reservation -- well before noon. Instead of being told our room wasn't ready, we were given an amazing upgrade to a suite. I love you, Tremont House! Our suite consisted of two bathrooms, a living room, little kitchen, two large flat screen televisions, a large comfortable bed. AMAZING! I needed a toothbrush, and the front desk representative was very willing to provide me with one. She even made the extra effort and asked if I needed toothpaste as well. The valet company the hotel uses (which is the only way you can park your vehicle) allowed item to be stolen from a friends vehicle. There was no forced entry into the vehicle. Hotel footage even had video of incident but takes no responsibility and offers no resolution.
Super comfortable bed and pillows. Banana foster waffle for breakfast was perfect and it was so convenient to have a Starbucks downstairs. Staff was friendly and we were even upgraded to a suite. We had booked a sweet package that included chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. The champagne was not too dry and very delicious. Can't complain and would definitely recommend
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean. Had a piano player in the lobby, loved this place !
This place will not have your belongings secured. Once things are stolen , no one wants to take any responsibility. Shame on you !!! Don't stay here unless you want to be ripped off !!!
