The hotel runs mostly on Hispanic shoulders with the work load similar to that of construction worker - the picture common in the South. Many Hispanics don't speak English or don't speak to you at all. Many don't have an access to a computer. FYI: an average life span of an immigrant can be as low as. 40 y.o.. Many can die lost or in the camps.

The rooftop bar has awesome views of downtown and the bay. Drinks were expensive and my only complaint was no smoking.

The Tremont was pretty but A little overpriced the beds were uncomfortable real noisy when I went to check out the valet misplaced my vehicle couldn't find it for over 45 minutes.
This was the first time we stayed at the Tremont House. We had a wonderful time. We went to a show at The Grand and were easily able to walk there in about 10 minutes although they did offer us a ride. We had a few drinks in the open air rooftop bar after the event. The lobby staff are all friendly courteous and very professional. We stayed in a king room and it was huge with a full size couch and two chairs with room to spare. Beautiful hotel with THE best service from from desk to bell hops.
Very nice. We got an excellent deal for Sunday night after our cruise. We were able to walk about 5 minutes from the port and our room was available well before the 3pm check in time. There are many places to eat and shop within walking distance and the room was very pretty and well-appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
