Great place to hear live music in Galveston. Wonderful hotel great staff that treat you right. Great bar staff know how to mix a great drink. Make sure to stop in and check it out.
First rate Hotel, with a first rate band! Sparky Koerner , and Mel and Leia Drybread put on a great show...loved hearing them play
We were due to go on a Carnival Cruise Jan 15 2017 where My Daughter was going to get married but due to the Weather Fog the Ship could not come in port. So the wedding was canceled. The Hotel offered us their ball room free of charge so she could have the Wedding. Her Uncle was preforming the ceremony. The whole staff was great She was able to have the Wedding. I want to thank the Staff at the hotel for a very memorable Wedding for My Daughter. I am sure she will always remember that Day. Thank You All!!!
We took the family there for a special New Year's weekend experience and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there again.
Such a beautiful place. We went to the rooftop bar for cocktails - the atmosphere was incredible.
Just beautiful!! From the moment we pulled up the customer service has been top notch! Such a luxury feeling and not too pricey!
The Valet were excellent and everyone on the staff was wonderful. Rooms were very historic and it is a great location and we will travel their again!

The people who work at the Tremont love their job. I am grateful for every person I met there. Dominique greeted us at the door, Kassie took care of getting us to the right room and offered impeccable guest services, Taylor moved our luggage and helped me with directions, Eric oversaw it all and introduced me to Melissa at the Galvez and even Olga in housekeeping was helpful in finding our lost pillow and white pillowcase.
