First of all in my room the curtains were all torn in one of the ladies name Alex was very attentive to my handicap roommate she went above and beyond to make her comfortable as we attempt to get up to the room the first room I do believe was too far for her to walk and I had asked for handicapped room at the front desk Eric attempted to accommodate us with that so we tried another room that was I thought more closer to the elevator the air condition has stopped working in the ballroom that we had reserved for our event so t... read more

Love this place! Like stepping back in time, but with all the modern amenities! ❤️
The A/C was not working in the ballroom, too hot, didn't enjoy as well as it could have been.
Pulling up to the hotel was great with valet 1 of the 2 ladies behind the desk was wonderfully welcoming and nice, too bad they both weren't The room was cool, noting special but with it being historic and the ceilings so high it was nice for the evening Hotel has nothing extra if you need something quickly or forgot anything, you have to go to store Food was typical bland and over priced room service, but the lady who brought it was kind No great views from rooms, but rooms were clean! I absolutely loved staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the location and the view that was offered. One honorable mention; all I know is her name is Theressa. During check in I happened to mention that I've been wanting to stay here for the last 10 years! Well since it was my birthday, my husband surprised me with a two night stay. Came to the Tremont House for our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite! We loved the room and atmosphere. Great location.
Friendly staff and very convenient conference space across the street from the hotel.
