Breakfast was great, I out ordered my wife...as usual! Rooftop Bar on a great night or just popping in for breakfast, you will never be disappointed...unless you are out ordered!

When we went to take a showers, we only had lukewarm water. Mateniance said there wasn't much he could do and it was because of old plumbing. Other than that it was great. We'll try again. But check the water temperature ASAP.
Awesome Hotel Beautiful. Just when we arrived to our room it was not properly prepared missing soap,shampoo,etc. Also some elese items where left in our room. Street noises where annoying. Rooms are Beautiful

Always very nice, clean and fun. A quick getaway from the mainland to the Galveston peacefulness. Love the jazz quartet in the beautiful lobby most of all!

Awesome service...location is perfect...atmosphere is spot on...one of the best places we have ever stayed.
We stayed on Dec 1 2017. Our room was nice looking until you looked up close. Dust and dirt ruled the room. I have severe allergies so I immediately started cleaning. One white was cloth soon turned black. There was so much dust on the lamps and the window sills. The window panes were fuzzy with dust. I took the wadh cloth to the desk clerk who said he would have someone "clean" our room. That didn't happen. This is the only 4 star hotel I have stayed in that was filthy. On a side note I missed having a mini bar!
