Tree Stuff has gone down hill :(. I placed a order, received the confirmation email with a tracking #. 4 days go by and the tracking # still says "Ready for UPS" so I call tree stuff and they tell me somehow your order never shipped but promised me he would have it shipped next day air. I received another confirmation email with a tracking #. 4 days go by again and the tracking # never updated just shows "ready for ups" so I call again and guess what?! my order never shipped once again!! New website is awesome and super user friendly
Placed an order last Wednesday and paid for 2 day shipping. The gentleman I spoke with said my order would go out the same day and I should expect delivery last Friday. I ordered material in preparation for hurricane Dorian. The order did not arrive on Friday. The company did refund my shipping cost. However, had I been told the order would not arrive by Friday I would have purchased elsewhere.
