I love TreeStuff! I’ve had to call a few times to deal with gear issues and they took care of me. Every order I place they send these cool little magnets with various species of trees. I feel like it’s the little customer service stuff like this that sets treestuff apart. Thank you!
Made a couple large purchases and tried a new pair of pants. They don’t fit and I had to pay $23 OUT OF POCKET to return them?! What kind of customer service is that?! I have been pleased with this company before but the lack of care this go round has me shopping elsewhere and will spread the word. When buying online return shipping especially due to sizing issues should be in the seller. I’ll be buying the pfanner pants from someone else 🤦♀️
We've been using them for YEARS and have never had a problem. I love their coupon code for 5% off. That really adds up when you have a business you're purchasing supplies for on a regular basis :)
Just have to pass this along! We ordered some arbor plugs and there was a mistake in the shipping where we didn't receive what we were supposed to. I called the very next morning and they next day aired the proper order to us at no additional charge. We all know that is not typically the way things work when there's been a mistake in a shipment, especially not that quick! I've dealt with treestuff. com on several occasions in the 8 years I've ran my own tree company and have always been treated extremely well, once in all that time a delivery was delayed but it was an out of house rope order so that wasn't Luke Dunlevy's or treestuffs doing. all in all a great company to do business with
Fine to buy from, but items were packed badly and a return were extremely frustrating. Would never buy again.
