I WILL NEVER USE THEM, OR RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM AGAIN. They don’t ship gear in a timely manner, they don’t send entire order, and they don’t send gear with the right specifications. I am extremely upset with them as a business. It’s disappointing as a customer to have this happen from any company. I don’t know how they can make it right or even when they will make it right. basic communication on back ordered or not built items before the purchase is made. pretty simple..if I buy something I expect to get it shipped to me shortly. if I can't, no problem but let mw know it is back ordered. dont jerk me around and not return calls or answer emails.
I had an issue with an order and received polite courteous resolution with Rabecca in customer services. Problem was resolved within a very short time. I would recommend shopping for all your arborists needs at TreeStuff.com!!

alot of good climbers and tree businesses I follow use treestuff.com they are alot better than I am so if they use it so should you
treestuff has failed as a company. We have had multiple screw ups on crutial orders. I paid duty upfront and they can't get the duty figured out on shipping so I've over paid multiple times. I've sent copies of reciepts and been promised $400 in refunds by Anna Kuhn and never seen it. Now they have shipped me a mystery package and are asking for more money on duty. I won't pay it.
