I ordered 2 sena headsets. one didn't work after over a month finally someone reached out to me. set the headset back again over a month and still nothing. tried calling and emailing no response! I ordered in June now its 4 months later.

ordered notch quick connect lower spurs...they sent cheap weaver leather strap...wont return my emails or calls...re-ordered the straps for my employee, they charged me full price again and still did not include them with the rest of my order and they wont return my emails or calls...if you don't have a product don't advertise or your website that you do, or atleast provide customer service when something goes wrong. I have ordered lost of stuff from them in the past but lately its gone way down hill.

Ordered Sena headset and Sena comms in a mask helmet end of June. Recieved the helmet and Sena comms, but not the over the head Sena. Called and was told one would ship out ASAP. Called again when 3 weeks passed, told backordered and would email a tracking number when’s available. Now it’s middle of August, just emailed again, being told they show my order was shipped in full, no record of my calls or emails before this point.

woke up today with almost 100 dollars in charges to my credit card and I havent ordered anything in months. beware they steal your money

I ordered from them a month ago. Nothing on back order after all the little cheap stuff showed up I heard nothing. Took a week of phone calls and emails before they emailed saying boots, ropes, zigzag, all on back order because who makes it. Those 3 different items are not made by the same company. now its going to be over a week to get money back when they took it that day. This use to be a good company to buy from.

I ordered a maintainer rake on June 19 2020, l received a handle for a rake but not the rest of it. The handle doesn’t do me much good. I’ve tried to contact this company several times but they never respond back. So far I rate this com a 0 out of 10. Save your money, don’t buy from them!!!!!!!!

During this time of covid-19, I just placed an order the website says orders before 2pm will processed same day. sent email and made a phone call, no response. My emailed receipt stated delayed processing for ground orders but I paid for 3 day expedited $32 . No response. I will never order from here again. Bad communication is not professional and nether is this company. Can't even cancel my order.

Fake company. Sent overpriced polesaw blade when tried to order polesaw. They also do not reply to emails/phone calls/messages. Will be contacting State Atty general Office on 27 July. Buyer beware!
