Stop advertising products you dont have!!!!! Ordered pfanner pants the other day and called about an ETA and they can't even give me an idea. Ordered notch gecko steel climbers as well and settled for the pole gaffs because it didn't allow the tree gaffs as an option because they weren't in stock. Can always buy tree gaffs but I come to find out they dont have the pole gaffs either and they wont have them until the end of august!?! Thats 4 months and the end of the busy season. For the most part, treestuff has been pretty spot on in the past. Fast and helpful. lately, not so much. I've been waiting for a couple of weeks for a replacement blade for my pole saw. It was clearly marked "in stock" but now I'm being told it was out of stock at the time I ordered it. now I have a pruning job scheduled and I'm waiting on my saw. I just dropped $500 there a couple of days ago. I did get a half heated apology from the associate on the phone.
