We've bought three cars from Tracy Toyota over the past 16 years, and have had all our cars serviced there as well. We will continue to patronize this dealership, even though we've moved to Rio Vista, meaning we now live even further away, because of the outstanding employees and the wonderful experiences we've had there. We have recommended it to our friends.
Did not buy my RAV4 here but I wish I had. They've done 75% of my service and I've been extremely happy with them. They do not try to sell me on repairs, brakes, or tires that I don't need. I feel that they are very honest. I will buy my next car from them.
Quick & easy! Friendly service! My wife and I bought two cars from Tracy Toyota and we have them serviced at the dealership. Never a problem, except the usual wear and tear: a 2002 Camry (155 K miles) and 2010 Prius (105 K miles). We are very likely going to buy next car from Tracy Toyota as well!
The service dept sucks. They don't return phone calls. They told me I needed an air filter and I told them to put one in and they didnt I waited hours for a scheduled oil change. Then I asked why they didn't put the filter in and they said they must have over looked it and that I could bring it back. I didn't because I didn't want to wait another 3 to 4 hours. I no longer have my oil changes there.
We needed to turn in our Prius for a car that fit our growing family. Sam was great in matching our needs to a fantastic new Highlander. Robbie in finance worked it out for us. Our Highlander is everything we wanted & more!
I went to Tracy Toyota to look at a RAV 4 specifically. From the moment that I arrived, I was treated with respect by Johnny and Art. My questions were answered and I experienced no overselling at all. I made an appointment a week later to purchase my 2018 RAV 4 XLE and from the moment that I entered the dealership to completing the financing with Angel (which included a test drive) was a total of 3 hours, absolutely amazing! I left feeling and continue to feel great about my experience!
