Jen in the service department went out of her way to simplify the whole process of having my car serviced. I have never had a bad experience at Tracy Toyota. Kip and Robbie have made buying a car so easy. I feel as though I am a member of the family when dealing with them. After buying or helping to buy a total of seven cars with their help I guess you could say I am an enthusiastic fan of Tracy Toyota, the staff, and the great cars they sell and service.

I'm not a person to write bad reviews of businesses but I have seriously been let down by the Tracy Toyota service center. Back in 2012 I bought my 2012 Camry brand new, added Toyota Care and went through all the motions to have a long lasting vehicle, like my previous Toyota's. As soon as I got this car I had troubles with my car and took it multiple times before and after warranty and was guaranteed nothing was wrong with the car.
