I bought a car here in the beginning of November and I just had my first service for fluids and tire rotations. They are friendly and it was quick and easy.
Although we ended up with the SUV we wanted the process was everything from a terrible dealer playbook. Leaving without the car due to paperwork+price, getting emails and phone calls wth the exact same offer, guilt trip about why we didn't make the deal and then finally getting to the happy middle where we wanted to be anyways. Marking down a vehicle so that the dealership loses money then passing the shame on to a customer is not my idea of proper sales technique.
Made an appt for an oil change at 12pm and arrived at 12pm and was still sitting in my car waiting at 12:30. Defeats the whole purpose of an appt. I decided to drive to Livermore Toyota where I usually get fast quality service. Sorry guys!!
I always have great customer service, wouldn't change a thing. Bought my 2002 Tacoma Prerunner and it's 14yrs old and it still going.
